Originally a pet shop owner, Carol took her passion for animals and founded Avian Kingdom Supply, Inc., a distributor of over 2100 products for birds, small animals, and reptiles. Building on her success she created Avian Adventures, which designs and imports an exclusive line of bird cages and accessories.

She has taken her 25+ years experience and formed BirdsEye Consulting, whose mission is to help entrepreneurs and business owners make more money, reduce stress, and have more free time.

Prior to co-founding Stealthmode Partners, Dr. Hardaway was Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Innovative Environmental Products, and Manager of Worldwide Press Relations at Intel's Computing Enhancement Group, where she planned the entrance of the intelligent I/O server chip into the OEM market and created the public relations plans for digital imaging, in-car computing, USB, and home networking. As an entrepreneur, Dr. Hardaway built the largest marketing/public relations firm in Phoenix, Arizona before leaving it to join Intel.

Hardaway has been an Entrepreneurial Fellow at the Berger Center of the Eller School of Business, University of Arizona. She has taught entrepreneurship at several Arizona colleges, and was on the Advisory Board of the Medical Informatics Program at Arizona School of Health Sciences (part of the A.T. Still University of Osteopathic Medicine).

Mr. Wilhelm is the CEO and Founder of ImmuneRegen Bio-Sciences and experieced venture capitalist. He has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors since July 2003. He has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ImmuneRegen BioSciences, Inc. since December 2002 and as a member of its Board of Directors since November 2002.

Mr. Wilhelm has been actively involved in the financial industry since 1990. After leaving the brokerage industry, Mr. Wilhelm founded Foresight Capital Corp. in July 1996, a company designed to identify early stage companies with above average growth potential and assist them in reaching the next stage of development.
